Smerigliatrice angolare Metabo WEBA 20-125 Quick BL 2000 W brushless, disco 125 mm

Metabo WEBA 20-125 Quick BL is a 125 mm angle grinder with a 2000 W brushless motor designed for cutting, grinding and surface preparation on metal and masonry. The brushless motor provides sustained power and reduced maintenance compared with brushed designs, while the compact 125 mm wheel size balances cutting capacity and maneuverability. The tool includes a quick-change system for rapid wheel replacement and a durable housing suited for workshop and on-site use.

Advantages

The brushless 2000 W motor delivers consistent performance under load and extends motor life by eliminating brush wear. The quick-change wheel system reduces downtime when switching discs for cutting or grinding tasks. Robust construction and ergonomic design help maintain control during prolonged use, and compatibility with standard 125 mm accessories ensures versatility across metal and masonry applications.

Suitable for

• Cutting metal profiles, rebar and sheet metal
• Grinding welds, burrs and edges
• Surface preparation on concrete, brick and stone
• On-site maintenance and workshop fabrication tasks

Key specifications

• Wheel diameter: 125 mm
• Motor type: brushless DC motor
• Rated power input: 2000 W
• Quick-change wheel system for tool-free disc replacement
• Designed for use with cut-off, grinding and surface-preparation discs compatible with 125 mm mounting
• Compact form factor for improved maneuverability in confined spaces

How to use

Before operation, secure the appropriate 125 mm disc for the task and ensure the wheel is correctly seated in the quick-change system. Wear suitable personal protective equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection and gloves. Start the grinder at no-load to confirm smooth operation, then apply steady, controlled pressure for cutting or grinding; avoid forcing the tool to prevent overload. Allow the motor to reach full speed before contacting the workpiece and maintain a stable grip throughout the operation. After use, disconnect power and allow the disc to stop completely before setting the tool down or changing accessories.

Recommendations

Use discs rated for the grinder’s wheel diameter and intended material. For prolonged heavy-duty work on metal or masonry, allow intermittent cooling breaks to prevent overheating and extend tool life. Regularly inspect the wheel and mounting system for wear or damage and replace components as needed to maintain safe operation.
