Switch di rete Ernitec ELECTRA-U06-1GB 1GB Ethernet

The Ernitec ELECTRA-U06-1GB is an industrial-grade network switch with four 1000Mbps PoE RJ45 ports, one 1000Mbps uplink RJ45 port and one 1000Mbps uplink SFP port. Ports 1–4 support standard PoE and comply with IEEE 802.3af/at; port 1 additionally supports 90W BT. The switch implements Ethernet standards including IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, 802.3ab, 802.3z and 802.3x flow control. It operates over a wide temperature range and accepts a wide DC input voltage suitable for industrial deployments.

Advantages

The ELECTRA-U06-1GB provides gigabit connectivity on all data ports with PoE on the first four ports, enabling both power and data over the same cables. Industrial temperature tolerance (-40°C to 75°C) and wide DC48–55V input with a 4-pin terminal and DC2.1 interface ensure reliable operation in demanding environments. Support for VLAN, Genius and Extend modes plus an SFP uplink port gives flexible network design options. The unit supports standard Ethernet protocols for compatibility with common network equipment.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Supplying power and gigabit network connectivity to PoE cameras and access points
• Industrial and outdoor installations requiring wide temperature tolerance
• Small to medium-sized network uplinks where SFP fibre or RJ45 uplink is needed
• Rail- or wall-mounted network deployments

Key specifications

• Ports: 4 × 1000Mbps PoE RJ45, 1 × 1000Mbps uplink RJ45, 1 × 1000Mbps uplink SFP
• PoE standards: IEEE 802.3af/at; Port 1 supports 90W BT
• Ethernet standards: IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, 802.3ab, 802.3z, 802.3x
• Input voltage: DC 48–55V via 4-pin industrial terminal and DC2.1 input
• Operating temperature: -40°C to 75°C

How to use

Install the switch on a DIN rail or mount it to a wall using the provided brackets. Connect the DC48–55V power source to the 4-pin terminal or DC2.1 input, observing correct polarity. Attach network devices to ports 1–4 to provide both PoE power and gigabit data; use the uplink RJ45 or SFP port for connection to the core network or fibre links. Configure VLAN, Genius or Extend modes through the device management interface as required for your network topology.

Recommendations

For reliable PoE delivery, verify connected devices’ power requirements before enabling high-power modes (port 1 90W BT). Ensure proper ventilation and secure mounting in environments with extreme temperatures, and use compatible SFP modules for fibre uplinks.
