Tasto in alluminio ZOMOPLUS WUKONG — nero/oro, singolo tasto meccanico

ZOMOPLUS Aluminium Keycap WUKONG — black/gold is a single replacement keycap crafted from aluminium for mechanical keyboards. Designed as a direct visual and tactile accent, this metal keycap swaps in for a standard stem-compatible key and provides a distinct textured surface and metallic weight compared to plastic caps. The black and gold finish creates a contrast suitable for accenting a variety of keyboard layouts and custom builds while improving surface resilience against wear.

Advantages

The aluminium construction increases durability and resists surface wear, while the metal weight changes key feel and can provide a firmer, more solid keystroke. The two-tone black and gold finish offers a premium appearance and highlights a specific position on the keyboard. As a single, stem-compatible cap it is easy to install without modifying the keyboard and requires no special tools for routine replacement.

Suitable for

• Custom mechanical keyboard builds that need a premium accent key
• Gaming setups where distinctive key identification is helpful
• Typists and keyboard enthusiasts seeking increased durability and tactile variation

Key specifications

• Material: aluminium for improved strength and tactile response
• Finish: black surface with gold-coloured detailing
• Compatibility: standard mechanical keyboard stem compatibility (Cherry-style stems and similar)
• Form factor: single keycap sized for common key positions (e.g., alphanumeric or modifier keys depending on profile)
• Mounting: press-fit replacement for existing keycap stem

How to use

To install the ZOMOPLUS Aluminium Keycap WUKONG, remove the existing keycap by gently pulling it straight up using a keycap puller or by hand if accessible. Align the internal stem socket of the aluminium keycap with the keyboard switch stem and press down evenly until it seats. Ensure the cap is fully aligned before pressing firmly to avoid damaging the switch stem. For removal, pull the keycap straight up to avoid twisting forces on the switch.

Recommendations

Use this aluminium keycap as an accent for frequently reached keys or as an identifiable gaming or function key. Avoid excessive lateral force when installing or removing to protect the switch stem. Clean with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish.
