Telecamera IP Dome DAHUA PC-HDBW5559R-ASE-IL-0280B 5 MP, IR, rete

Fixed dome outdoor camera with 5 megapixel resolution, 2.8mm fixed focal length lens and built‑in microphone. The camera uses a 1/2.7" sensor and provides effective pixels of 2960 × 1668. It supports IR illumination for low‑light conditions, electronic shutter control (auto/manual, 1/3 s–1/100,000 s) and accepts storage cards up to 1 TB. Power can be supplied via 12 VDC (±30%), PoE+ (802.3at) or ePoE for flexible installation. The housing is white, weather‑rated for outdoor use and operates in temperatures from –40 °C to +60 °C; dimensions are 94 × Φ122 mm.

Advantages

The camera combines high 5 MP resolution with a compact fixed dome design suitable for outdoor surveillance. Built‑in IR illumination and a low minimum illumination of 0.0005 Lux enable recording in very low light, while the integrated microphone captures audio for additional context. Multiple power options including PoE+ and ePoE simplify installation and reduce cabling. Support for up to 1 TB local storage provides flexibility for recording retention without immediate network dependency.

How to use

Mount the fixed dome camera on a stable surface outdoors, ensuring the lens has an unobstructed view. Connect power via a suitable 12 VDC supply, PoE+ switch or an ePoE adapter according to installation requirements. Insert a compatible memory card (up to 1 TB) for local recording if required, and configure image settings such as resolution and shutter mode through the device interface. For optimal low‑light performance, allow IR illumination to operate automatically or enable it manually; adjust the camera angle and focus with the M12 lens mount as needed during installation.

Recommendations

Install the camera under an overhang or use additional weather protection in exposed locations to extend service life. Use PoE+ when possible to centralize power and networking, and format the memory card in the camera before first use. Regularly check firmware updates and configure secure access to the device to maintain system reliability.
