Why choose it

This pack balances weight and durability. The recycled nylon fabrics resist abrasion and light rain, while the aluminum stay transfers load to the hip belt for all-day comfort. The breathable back panel reduces sweat on steep climbs, and the multiple pockets keep small items organized. The S/M size ensures a precise fit for shorter torsos, preventing bounce and chafing.

Ideal use cases

• Day hikes where speed and minimal weight matter
• Fast packing trips with a light overnight load
• Summer scrambles and ridge walks with frequent hydration breaks
• Travel as a compact carry-on with hiking capability

Good to know

The Trail Lite Speed 30 does not include a rain cover, but the non-PFC DWR finish sheds light precipitation. For heavy rain, use a pack liner or separate cover. The fixed torso length means the S/M fits backs approximately 15–19 inches; measure your torso before ordering. The pack is made with recycled materials and avoids harmful PFCs in its water-repellent treatment.
