Thermalright Frozen Prism 360 Black ARGB dissipatore CPU a liquido AIO

High-performance gaming rigs and overclocked workstations demand cooling that can keep pace with sustained loads. The Thermalright Frozen Prism 360 Black ARGB pairs a 360 mm aluminium radiator with three 120 mm PWM fans to dissipate heat from the latest Intel and AMD processors, while addressable RGB lighting adds a customisable glow to any tempered-glass build.

Key specifications

• 360 mm aluminium radiator for high thermal capacity
• Three 120 mm S-FDB fans, up to 2000 RPM, 66.17 CFM airflow, 2.53 mmH2O static pressure
• Pump speed 3300 RPM, max noise 23 dBA, 12 V DC
• Addressable RGB (ARGB) on fans and pump, 3-pin 5V connector
• 400 mm reinforced tubing for flexible installation
• Compatible with Intel LGA115X/1200/1700/2011/2066 and AMD AM4/AM5/FM1/FM2/FM2+/AM2/AM2+/AM3/AM3+

Why choose it

With a dense fin stack and high static pressure fans, the Frozen Prism 360 keeps CPU temperatures in check even under heavy multi-core workloads. The S-FDB bearing ensures quiet, long-lasting operation, while PWM control lets the motherboard fine-tune fan speeds. ARGB lighting synchronises with popular motherboard software for a cohesive aesthetic.

Ideal use cases

• Gaming PCs with high-TDP CPUs (Intel Core i7/i9, AMD Ryzen 7/9)
• Content creation workstations running rendering or simulation tasks
• Enthusiast builds where both performance and appearance matter

Good to know

The cooler includes mounting hardware for all listed sockets, and the 400 mm tubing length accommodates top, front, or side radiator placement in most mid-tower and full-tower cases. The ARGB connector requires a 3-pin 5V header on the motherboard or a compatible controller.
