• Adjustable seat height and tilt mechanism
• Adjustable armrests for height and angle
• Durable upholstery in black with cushioning for pressure relief
• Sturdy metal or reinforced base with smooth-rolling casters

How to use

Adjust seat height so that your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees form approximately a right angle. Set the backrest and lumbar support to contact the natural curve of your lower spine and adjust the tilt tension for comfortable recline without losing support. Position the armrests so your shoulders remain relaxed and your forearms are parallel to the desk surface. Use the casters to move the chair smoothly; avoid dragging the chair or using it on uneven surfaces for prolonged periods.

Recommendations

For prolonged sessions, take short standing or stretching breaks every 45–60 minutes to reduce muscle fatigue. Clean upholstery with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemical cleaners; inspect screws and adjustment mechanisms periodically and tighten if necessary to maintain stability.
