How to use

Position the spade at the desired digging point and use steady downward pressure to penetrate the soil with the blade. For compacted ground, apply body weight over the blade and use short, controlled steps to lever out soil. Use the shaped handle to maintain a neutral wrist position and alternate hands periodically to avoid overuse of a single grip. After use, remove soil from the blade, dry any moisture and store the spade in a dry location to limit corrosion.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate gloves and footwear when using the spade. Avoid using the tool against very hard surfaces or for prying heavy objects to prevent blade damage. Regularly clean and inspect the blade and handle; lubricate connection points if applicable to extend service life.
