Combinatore Cyrix-Li-ct 12/24V 230A — combinatore di batterie per sistemi a 12V e 24V

Cyrix-Li-ct 12/24V 230A is a battery combiner engineered to manage charge distribution between 12V and 24V battery systems. It automatically connects batteries when a charging source is present and isolates them when charging falls below a threshold, enabling safe paralleling of batteries without manual intervention. The device supports continuous currents up to 230A and is designed for use where reliable automatic combining is required, such as marine craft, recreational vehicles, and off-grid installations.

Advantages

The Cyrix-Li-ct provides automatic, voltage-sensitive combining and isolation for mixed 12V and 24V installations, reducing the need for manual switching or complex wiring. Its high continuous current rating allows efficient charge sharing from alternators and chargers. The unit operates without electronic control wiring by sensing battery voltage and temperature, improving reliability and simplifying installation. Materials and construction are intended to withstand vibration and the environmental demands typical in marine and mobile applications.

How to use

Install the Cyrix-Li-ct between the battery banks according to the system wiring plan, ensuring correct polarity and secure connections to minimize voltage drop. The unit automatically monitors battery voltages and engages when the detected charging voltage exceeds the preset threshold, allowing charge current to flow between the connected batteries. When charging voltage falls below the threshold, the device isolates the batteries to prevent unwanted discharge. Follow manufacturer guidance for cable sizing and mounting orientation to ensure reliable operation.

Recommendations

Use appropriately rated cables and secure mounting to handle the continuous 230 A load. Verify compatibility with the specific battery chemistries in the system and install temperature monitoring if required by the battery manufacturer. Periodically inspect electrical connections for corrosion or loosening, and follow local safety standards for battery installations.
