Video bar HP Poly Studio X32 All-In-One senza radio e senza alimentatore TAA

The HP Poly Studio X32 All-In-One Video Bar No Radio or No Power Supply TAA is a compact, integrated conferencing device designed for small meeting rooms and huddle spaces. It combines a 4K Ultra HD camera, microphone array, and speakers in a single black enclosure to support meetings of up to five participants. The device supports common video modes including 720p and 1080p and captures high-resolution images with a 20 MP camera sensor and up to 5x digital zoom. Connectivity options include Ethernet, Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth; the unit is designed for Power over Ethernet (PoE) installations and intended for environments following TAA procurement requirements.

Advantages

This all-in-one video bar reduces setup complexity by integrating camera, audio, and network interfaces in one device, minimizing cabling and simplifying room configuration. The 4K Ultra HD camera and digital zoom deliver clear participant images while the built-in speakers and microphone array provide full-duplex audio suitable for small groups. PoE support allows deployment without a separate power supply in compatible networks, and native support for common conferencing services enables quick, one-touch joining and centralized management through Poly Lens. The compact black housing and modest weight make it straightforward to mount or place in tight spaces.

How to use

Mount or place the Poly Studio X32 in the meeting space oriented toward participants and connect it to the network using an Ethernet cable or configure Wi‑Fi according to site policies. If the network supports PoE, the device will receive power and network connectivity over a single cable; otherwise, provide power per your installation guidelines. Use the device’s built-in conferencing apps or connect it to your preferred cloud video service; follow on-screen prompts or the Poly Lens management portal for one‑touch join and account configuration. Adjust camera framing and speaker volume through the device interface or management tools as needed for clear audio and optimal video composition.

Recommendations

Place the unit centrally facing the seating area at roughly head height for best camera framing. Ensure your network provides sufficient bandwidth for 4K video streams and enable PoE on the switch port to avoid additional power cabling. For consistent audio pickup, position the bar where the microphone array has an unobstructed path to participants and avoid placing the device directly adjacent to noisy equipment.
