The Yealink SP96 USB-C/A is a conference speakerphone engineered for clear, hands-free audio in meeting rooms and hybrid workspaces. With both USB-C and USB-A connectivity, it connects directly to laptops and desktop PCs for plug-and-play operation. The device is designed to support small to medium group calls, delivering full-duplex audio and wideband sound to improve speech intelligibility during remote collaboration.

Recommendations

For best performance, position the speakerphone where microphones are unobstructed and avoid placing it near loud HVAC vents or reflective glass surfaces. Regularly check the conferencing application audio settings and update host device system audio levels to maintain clear voice pickup.
