How to use

Charge and power on the WH66, then follow the pairing procedure described in the user guide to connect to the Yealink UC Workstation, a PC via Yealink USB Connect or directly via Bluetooth where supported. Position the mono earcup comfortably on the ear and adjust the 330° boom microphone to sit close to the mouth for best voice pickup. Use the dedicated platform buttons (for example Microsoft Teams) when available to answer and manage calls. Configure device settings and firmware updates through Yealink USB Connect for centralized management.

Recommendations

For optimal voice quality, place the microphone boom within 1–2 cm from the mouth and avoid obstructing the microphone. In open office environments, verify DECT base placement and density settings to ensure stable connections when many users are active. Use Yealink USB Connect to apply company-wide settings and keep firmware current.
