Zebra P1063406-025 ricambio/accessorio per stampante/scanner 6 pz.

Alternate discs for use in the ZQ500 Series media slot. These adapter discs allow the Zebra P1063406-025 accessory to accept smaller media cores of 0.5" (13 mm), enabling migration from competitive products that use narrower cores. The standard ZQ500 Series printers use 0.75" (19 mm) media roll core discs; this pack provides three pairs (six discs) to replace or swap when needed. The discs are black and compatible with Zebra ZQ510 and ZQ520 handheld printers.

Advantages

Provides compatibility with media rolls that have a 0.5" (13 mm) core without modifying the printer. Supplied as three pairs (six discs) to ensure spare parts are available. Designed to fit the ZQ500 Series media slot and match the form factor of Zebra handheld printers ZQ510 and ZQ520.

Suitable for

• Users switching from competitive printers with 0.5" (13 mm) media cores
• Handheld printing workflows using Zebra ZQ510 or ZQ520
• Replacing worn or lost media core discs

How to use

Remove the printer cover and take out the existing media core discs if present. Install the 0.5" (13 mm) adapter discs into the media slot, placing them on the roll core so the roll centers correctly on the printer spindle. Close the cover and run a test feed to confirm proper alignment and media advance. Replace discs as needed when they show wear or when switching between core sizes.

Recommendations

Use these adapter discs with media rolls specified for 0.5" (13 mm) cores. Regularly inspect discs for wear and clean the media slot to maintain reliable media feeding. Keep spare pairs on hand to minimise downtime during replacements.
