Good to know

The transfer charge roller is a maintenance item that wears over time, typically after 50,000 to 100,000 pages depending on usage and environment. Replacing it alongside the toner cartridge ensures optimal print quality. Always handle the roller by its ends to avoid contaminating the surface with skin oils, which can cause print defects. This part is new, not remanufactured, and comes in 2-POWER retail packaging.
