ACAR-S8-DUAL POWER STRIP Ciabatta 8 prese con protezione da sovratensione, 2 interruttori illuminati, cavo 1,5 m, nero

Power strip with eight Type F (Schuko) outlets, surge and overload protection, and two illuminated switches for independent control of two groups of four outlets. Ideal for home offices, workshops, and entertainment setups where multiple devices need safe, organized power distribution.

Advantages

The ACAR-S8-DUAL POWER STRIP combines robust safety features with practical dual-switch design. Integrated varistor-based surge protection with a response time under 25 ns and maximum surge current of 6 kA safeguards connected equipment from voltage spikes. An automatic circuit breaker prevents overloads up to 2300 W. Child-protection shutters on each outlet block accidental insertion of foreign objects. The self-extinguishing plastic housing and wall-mountable keyhole slots add durability and installation flexibility.

Suitable for

• Home office workstations with computers, monitors, printers, and peripherals
• Home entertainment systems including TVs, gaming consoles, and audio equipment
• Workshops and garages requiring multiple power points for tools and chargers
• Areas where separate switching of device groups is desired for energy saving

Recommendations

For best performance, mount the strip on a wall or under a desk using the keyhole slots to keep cables tidy. Connect sensitive electronics such as computers and TVs to one switch group and high-draw devices like heaters or kettles to the other, ensuring total load does not exceed 2300 W. Periodically test the surge protection by checking the indicator (if equipped) and replace the strip after a major surge event.
