Accessorio per sbavatura Rothenberger 11045 per sbavatura interna ed esterna

Deburring adapter Rothenberger 11045 for internal and external deburring is an accessory engineered to remove burrs and sharp edges from pipe ends and fittings. It is designed to be mounted on compatible hand tools or machines to provide controlled material removal for cleaner joints and improved assembly fit. The adapter supports both internal and external chamfering operations, helping to reduce installation time and to prepare surfaces for soldering, welding or mechanical connections.

Advantages

The adapter delivers consistent deburring results on metal and plastic pipes by keeping tool alignment and cutting depth stable. Its dual-purpose capability for internal and external edges eliminates the need for separate tools, saving workspace and handling time. The construction is intended to withstand repetitive use and to provide predictable performance during preparation of pipes and fittings in plumbing, HVAC and general metalworking applications.

Suitable for

• Deburring and edge preparation of plumbing pipes and fittings
• HVAC pipe end chamfering before joining or brazing
• General metalworking and fabrication where internal and external burr removal is required

Key specifications

• Function: Internal and external deburring and chamfering
• Compatibility: Attaches to compatible hand tools or drilling/driving machines
• Material suitability: Designed for common pipe materials such as copper, steel and select plastics
• Operation mode: Rotary cutting action driven by the host tool

How to use

Secure the adapter in the chuck or mounting interface of a compatible hand tool or machine according to the host tool manufacturer's instructions. Select appropriate rotational speed for the pipe material, bring the adapter to the workpiece with light axial pressure and rotate to remove burrs from the internal or external edge. Inspect the prepared surface and repeat as needed to achieve the desired chamfer and smoothness. Follow tool-specific safety guidelines and allow cutting edges to cool between prolonged operations.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection and gloves. Match the adapter speed to the material to avoid overheating and excessive wear. Regularly inspect the adapter for wear or damage and replace when cutting performance degrades. For best results, secure pipes and fittings during deburring to maintain alignment and consistent surface finish.
