Accoppiatore in fibra ottica DeLOCK 86891 SC simplex femmina su SC simplex femmina multimodale viola

The DELOCK Optical Fiber Coupler 86891 is an SC Simplex female to SC Simplex female multi-mode coupler in violet, designed to connect optical fiber male connectors directly. It is intended for use in connection boxes, cabinets and patch panels where compact, reliable fiber connections are required. The coupler includes a dust cap and an integrated flip mechanism for laser protection.

Advantages

The coupling provides a direct, low-profile connection between SC Simplex connectors and is compatible with multi-mode fiber. Its integrated flip protects against laser radiation and the supplied dust cover keeps the sleeve clean during storage or when not in use. The compact dimensions (12.7 mm width, 27.4 mm depth, 9.3 mm height) allow simple mounting in standard optical fiber enclosures.

Suitable for

• Connecting SC Simplex male multi-mode optical fiber connectors
• Mounting in optical fiber connection boxes and cabinets
• Use in patch panels and small fiber distribution frames

Recommendations

Use appropriate fiber cleaning tools before connecting to reduce insertion loss and avoid damage. Do not look directly into connected fiber ends or the open coupler when laser sources may be active. Store with the dust cap fitted when not in use.
