For best image quality, allow the monitor to warm up for a short period after powering on, use native 1920 x 1080 resolution, and position the screen to minimise reflections. To reduce eye strain during extended sessions, lower ambient light contrast, enable any available blue-light reduction modes in software or monitor settings, and take regular breaks. Ensure adequate ventilation around the monitor to maintain consistent performance and energy efficiency.
