ACT Nero 5 metri SFTP CAT6A cavo patch, senza linguetta con connettori RJ45

The ACT Black 5 meter SFTP CAT6A patch cable provides shielded FTP construction and supports the CAT6A standard for high-speed data transmission. It is fitted with snagless RJ-45 connectors and 50µ gold-plated RJ-45 contacts, and uses full copper AWG#26 conductors. ACT specifications for this cable are verified by an independent certification institute and each cable is 100% tested to ensure consistent performance.

Advantages

The cable combines SFTP shielding with full copper AWG#26 wires to reduce interference and maintain signal integrity over longer runs. Snagless RJ-45 connectors and 50µ gold plating on contacts enhance connection reliability and corrosion resistance. Independent certification and complete cable testing provide documented quality assurance.

Suitable for

• High-speed wired Ethernet connections (CAT6A)
• Server rooms, network cabinets and patch panels
• Office workstations and home networks requiring 5 m reach
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is needed

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to your network device (switch, router or NIC) and the other to the corresponding port on the patch panel, modem or endpoint. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the locking tab clicks. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid placing it near large power sources to minimise interference. For best results, use within the specified CAT6A installation distances and follow your network equipment manufacturer’s guidance.

Recommendations

For stable 10 Gigabit Ethernet performance, keep the cable within recommended CAT6A distance limits and avoid excessive bending or kinking. Use proper cable management in racks and cable trays to preserve shielding and reduce crosstalk.
