Adattatore in fibra ottica keystone ShiverPeaks 08-10200 LC-LC duplex blu

The ShiverPeaks Keystone fiber optic adapter 08-10200 LC-LC duplex blue provides a keystone-format interface for connecting two LC fiber optic connectors. Designed for installation in keystone wall plates, patch panels or modules, this adapter allows simple coupling of fiber links while maintaining alignment and low insertion loss. The blue color indicates a typical multimode or specified cabling application depending on the fiber and connectors used.

Advantages

This LC-LC duplex keystone adapter offers a compact footprint that fits standard keystone openings, enabling straightforward field installation and replacement without specialized tools. The duplex configuration supports two independent fiber channels in a single module, reducing panel space and simplifying cabling. Constructed for reliable connector mating, it maintains consistent alignment and helps minimize signal loss and reflections when used with compatible LC connectors.

Suitable for

• Connecting two LC multimode or singlemode fiber cables within wall plates
• Joining fibers in patch panels and fiber distribution modules
• Field installations and cabling reconfiguration in offices, data closets and network racks
• Temporary or permanent fiber link extensions and maintenance tasks

Key specifications

• Connector type: LC to LC duplex
• Form factor: keystone mount compatible
• Color: blue
• Channels: two independent fiber channels (duplex)
• Application: suitable for multimode and singlemode fiber links depending on installed cables
• Mounting: designed for keystone wall plates, patch panels and modules

How to use

Install the adapter into a compatible keystone opening in a wall plate, patch panel or module until it snaps into place. Insert LC connectors from each cable into the adapter ports, ensuring proper orientation and secure mating. Verify link continuity and optical performance with appropriate test equipment after installation. For reconfiguration or replacement, depress the retaining tab and remove the adapter from the keystone aperture before disconnecting cables.

Recommendations

Handle fiber connectors and adapter ports by the connector housing to avoid touching fiber endfaces. Use dust caps when ports are unused and perform cleaning of connector endfaces with approved fiber cleaning tools before mating to maintain low insertion loss and reliable performance.
