Adattatore XLR a jack 3,5 mm, Deity V-Link DY-V-LINK – adattatore audio XLR (femmina) a 3,5 mm (TRS)

The Deity V-Link DY-V-LINK is an XLR (female) to 3.5mm TRS audio adapter designed to convert a professional balanced XLR output into a compact 3.5mm plug. It provides a straightforward way to connect XLR microphones or balanced line outputs to devices with a 3.5mm input, including cameras, field recorders, and certain audio interfaces. The adapter maintains the physical and wiring integrity needed for balanced audio signals while offering a small-form solution for mobile and run-and-gun recording setups.

Advantages

The adapter enables direct connection between professional XLR microphones and consumer 3.5mm inputs without requiring bulky cables or additional converters. Its compact construction reduces adapter clutter and simplifies signal routing in tight setups. The DY-V-LINK preserves the correct pin-to-tip/ring/sleeve wiring for TRS connections, helping to maintain signal balance where supported by the receiving device. The adapter is suitable for quick on-location changes and integrates into camera rigs and portable recorders with minimal space impact.

Suitable for

• Connecting XLR microphones to DSLR or mirrorless cameras with a 3.5mm mic input
• Feeding balanced line outputs into portable recorders or audio interfaces with TRS inputs
• Field recording and run-and-gun video production where space and cable management matter
• Testing or troubleshooting audio chains that require converting XLR to 3.5mm TRS

Key specifications

• Connector A: XLR female (3-pin)
• Connector B: 3.5mm TRS male (stereo tip-ring-sleeve)
• Signal type: Designed for balanced microphone or line-level signals to TRS
• Form factor: Compact inline adapter for minimal footprint
• Construction: Metal and plastic housing for durability in field use

How to use

Insert the XLR female connector to the microphone or balanced output device until it latches securely. Plug the 3.5mm TRS end into the camera, recorder, or interface 3.5mm input. Verify input settings on the receiving device—disable plug-in power or phantom if the microphone requires external phantom power, and set input level appropriately to avoid clipping. Test the signal level before important recordings and monitor audio where possible to confirm correct polarity and adequate gain.

Recommendations

Use the adapter for connections where the receiving device supports balanced TRS or expects a TRS mic/line input. Avoid relying on the adapter to supply phantom power; if your microphone requires phantom power, provide it from a compatible preamp or mixer before converting to 3.5mm. For longer runs or where full professional balancing is required, prefer dedicated XLR cabling and appropriate preamplification.
