How to use

Place the Maestro MR-591 on a stable, level surface and ensure the power is switched off before connecting to the mains. Mount the blade guard and food carriage according to the manufacturer’s instructions, then set the desired slice thickness using the adjustment knob. Secure the food item on the carriage and gently move it across the blade using the carriage handle while the slicer is running. For safety, keep hands away from the blade and use the guard and pusher when slicing small pieces. Turn off and unplug the slicer before removing parts for cleaning.

Recommendations

Use chilled or firm foods for best slicing results; softer or very warm items can deform and produce uneven slices. Regularly check and clean removable parts after each use, and dry components thoroughly before reassembly. Follow the safety instructions in the user manual and store the unit in a dry place when not in use.
