How to use

Attach the sharpener to the chuck of a compatible electric drill according to the drill and accessory manufacturer’s instructions. Hold the blade at a steady angle and move the grinding wheel along the cutting edge with light, even pressure to remove burrs and restore a consistent edge. For scissors, sharpen each straight blade individually. Use short sharpening passes and check the edge frequently to avoid over-grinding.

Recommendations

Use protective gloves and eye protection when operating power tools. Start at a low drill speed and increase only if safe and necessary. Avoid using the sharpener on serrated blades or knives with complex bevels; do not apply excessive pressure to prevent overheating or removing too much material.
