Alphacool 17643 Raccordo ottone nero 17 mm × 17 mm × 21 mm

Alphacool 17643 is a brass ES compression fitting with a 1/4" thread, designed for use with tubing of 8/5 mm inner/outer dimensions. The fitting has a black finish and compact dimensions of 17 mm × 17 mm × 21 mm, intended for installation in computer cooling loops for servers and workstations.

Advantages

The brass construction offers corrosion resistance and mechanical strength while the ES compression design provides a secure seal for soft tubing. Its 1/4" threaded connection and compact form factor simplify integration into tight cooling setups. The black finish reduces visible reflections and matches typical PC cooling components.

Suitable for

• Server and workstation water-cooling loops
• Compact PC builds with limited space
• Custom liquid-cooling installations using 8/5 mm tubing

How to use

Ensure the tubing is clean and cut squarely, then slide the compression sleeve over the tube end. Insert the tube into the fitting until it seats fully, and screw the 1/4" threaded connection into the corresponding port. Hand-tighten and finish with a small turn using an appropriate wrench if required to achieve a leak-free joint. Verify alignment and clearance inside the case before final tightening.

Recommendations

Use the fitting with soft 8/5 mm tubing intended for liquid-cooling systems; check for leaks after initial fill and periodically during operation. Avoid excessive torque on the thread to prevent damage to the fitting or port.
