Angolare in acciaio a 3 lati Roadinger 64 mm – connettore per truss, diametro interno 64 mm

Steel corner with 3 legs Roadinger 64 mm is a truss connector designed to join three truss members with an internal diameter of 64 mm. Made from steel and finished for durability, it creates a rigid three-way junction used in stage and exhibition constructions. The connector is intended to integrate with standard 64 mm truss systems to form corners, support points and frame intersections where a compact, strong metal joint is required.

Advantages

The Roadinger three-leg steel corner offers high mechanical strength and consistent geometry to maintain alignment of connected truss tubes. Its steel construction ensures resistance to deformation under typical loads encountered in event staging and exhibition setups. The connector’s simple, compact design enables efficient assembly and reliable long-term performance when paired with compatible 64 mm truss components.

How to use

Position the three-leg connector so each leg aligns with the end of a 64 mm truss tube. Insert the truss tubes fully into the connector sockets and secure the joints using the appropriate fasteners or pins specified for the truss system in use. Verify alignment and tighten any locking hardware to prevent movement. Follow the assembly procedures of the truss manufacturer and ensure all safety checks are completed before loading with equipment or personnel.

Recommendations

Use only with compatible 64 mm truss components and the recommended fastening hardware. Inspect the connector regularly for signs of wear, deformation or corrosion, and replace if structural integrity is compromised. Adhere to load ratings and safety standards applicable to the overall truss system; when in doubt consult a qualified rigger or engineer for complex or heavily loaded structures.
