Antenna omnidirezionale DeLOCK 12636

The DeLOCK 12636 omni-directional antenna is a compact external wireless LAN antenna with an RP-SMA connector. With a maximum gain of 5 dBi and linear polarization, it covers the 2.4–2.5 GHz and 5.15–5.85 GHz frequency bands and is compatible with IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ax devices to improve signal reception and transmission.

Advantages

The antenna provides a balanced 5 dBi gain for general-purpose Wi‑Fi coverage across common 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Its RP-SMA connector enables straightforward connection to WLAN devices with matching interfaces, and linear polarization supports stable signal transmission. The black housing offers a neutral appearance suitable for various environments.

Suitable for

• Improving indoor wireless coverage for routers and access points
• Enhancing signal strength for wireless network adapters with RP-SMA
• Use with IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ax devices operating on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands

Key specifications

• Model: DeLOCK 12636
• Antenna type: Omni-directional
• Antenna gain (max): 5 dBi
• Frequency bands: 2.4 - 2.5 GHz, 5.15 - 5.85 GHz
• Polarization: Linear
• Connector: RP-SMA

How to use

Disconnect power from the WLAN device before installation. Screw the antenna onto the RP-SMA female connector of your router, access point, or wireless adapter until it is hand-tight. Position the antenna vertically for omni-directional coverage; adjust orientation if needed for optimal signal. Restore power and verify connectivity in the device settings or through a network utility.

Recommendations

For best results, place the device centrally in the coverage area and avoid large metal objects or thick concrete walls between the antenna and client devices. If you replace a factory antenna, confirm the RP-SMA interface type on your device to ensure compatibility.
