APC 1U 19" nero pannello cieco modulare per gestione del flusso d'aria senza attrezzi – 200 pezzi

The APC AR8136BLK200 is a black blank panel for standard 19-inch rack installations. It measures 483 mm wide and 45 mm high, with a shallow depth of 2.8 cm, providing a low-profile solution for covering unused rack spaces. The panel is intended to preserve rack airflow patterns and present a neat, consistent appearance across network and server racks.

Advantages

This blank panel minimizes air recirculation by closing open front or rear rack slots, contributing to more efficient cooling of active equipment. Its slim depth and standard width allow straightforward installation into most 19-inch rack rails without occupying additional depth inside the cabinet. The black finish ensures a uniform visual integration with typical rack-mounted equipment while protecting internal cabling from accidental contact.

Suitable for

• Covering unused 1U rack spaces in server rooms and network cabinets
• Improving airflow management in data centres and telecommunications closets
• Maintaining tidy appearance in racks with mixed equipment heights
• Protecting internal components and cabling from dust and accidental contact

Key specifications

• Form factor: 1U blank panel for 19-inch racks
• External dimensions (width x height): 483 mm x 45 mm
• Depth: 28 mm (2.8 cm)
• Colour: black
• Material: rigid panel suitable for rack mounting (metal or durable composite)
• Mounting: standard rack rail attachment for front installation

How to use

Position the blank panel in the desired 1U slot on the rack front (or rear) and secure it to the rack rails using the appropriate screws or fasteners for your cabinet. Ensure the panel sits flush with adjacent equipment to maintain uninterrupted airflow patterns. Use additional panels to cover multiple adjacent empty units to prevent air bypass and to preserve consistent rack appearance.

Recommendations

For optimal airflow and cooling efficiency, install blank panels in all unused rack units and combine them with proper cable management and containment strategies. Check that the panel is compatible with your rack's rail hole spacing and fastening hardware before installation.
