Smart speaker Apple HomePod Mini 2 (rosa) (MGKR4ZD/A)

• HomePod mini 2. Sound in colour.
• Vibrant new colours.
• Rich, detailed, room-filling sound.
• With Siri, your intelligent assistant.
• Multiroom audio. For sound in every room.
• Your voice has the say. In your room or your whole smart home.
• HomePod mini. Sound maxi.

The HomePod mini is packed with innovations and delivers surprisingly rich sound for its size. It is just 8.4 cm tall and takes up hardly any space – but it floods the whole room with full 360° audio that sounds great from every angle. And when you add multiple HomePod mini devices, you get even more impressive sound.

Clear sound. An Apple-designed full-range driver uses an incredibly powerful neodymium magnet for deep bass and brilliant highs.

Computational Audio. Groundbreaking computational audio creates rich, detailed sound like a much larger speaker.

Bass extension. Apple-designed force-cancelling passive radiators give the HomePod mini incredible bass extension.

• Great all around.

Your HomePod mini can do even more when you pair it with other speakers. And it is always seamlessly integrated with your other Apple devices.

Multiroom audio. Flood every room with the same music or podcast – seamlessly synced throughout your home.

iPhone Handoff. When you're listening to music on your iPhone and walk into a room with a HomePod mini, the music simply continues without missing a beat. You just need to hold your iPhone near the HomePod mini for the transition.

Home theatre with surround sound. The HomePod speakers are designed to turn any room into a home theatre, surrounding you with immersive sound. You can combine the HomePod mini 2 and the HomePod – two paired speakers create stereo sound. And four speakers connected to an Apple TV 4K enable a surround sound experience.

Sound Glow. This feature illuminates the top of the HomePod mini 2 in colours that match the album cover and pulse to the music. And when you play a soundscape, Sound Glow adapts to the mood.

The HomePod as a speaker for your Mac. The HomePod mini 2 is the ultimate audio extension. It delivers room-filling sound for everything you do on your Mac – from movies to games to video calls.

With this setup, the connection is more responsive and reliable than ever before.

• Your intelligent assistant.

Siri is your intelligent assistant and makes the HomePod mini the centre of your activities around your home. With multiple HomePod mini speakers in the house, it's easy to communicate with Siri everywhere. Start your conversation with either "Hey Siri" or now just "Siri".

And HomePod mini and Siri can do even more when you use them with your iPhone and AirPlay. Simply start an AirPlay session from your iPhone. Or tell the HomePod mini to play audio from apps on your iPhone – all with just your voice.

• Your home listens to you.

The HomePod mini is your smart home hub and lets you control your smart home accessories hands-free from anywhere.

Home App. When you set up the HomePod mini, it is automatically added to the Home App and you can control all your HomeKit devices immediately and with just your voice, even when you're not at home.

Smart Home Accessories. The HomePod mini is your home hub, with which you can control your HomeKit and Matter compatible accessories remotely. No matter where you are, you can see a live view of your front door in the Home App, close your garage, and lock or unlock the front door.

Intercom. With the HomePod mini and Apple Home devices in the house, you can talk to your family members via Intercom. Let Siri send a message to the whole house or to individual rooms. And everyone can simply reply.

Sound Recognition. The HomePod mini actively listens for alarms from smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. In this case, you receive an urgent warning directly on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.

Sensors. Integrated sensors can monitor the temperature and humidity in every room. You can check the readings at any time and run appropriate automations via the Home App.

• A speaker that protects your privacy.

The HomePod mini is designed to protect your personal data – and to be a trustworthy assistant in your family's everyday life.

Siri only listens for "Hey Siri" or "Siri". So you can speak freely and be sure that everything you say stays within your four walls – until you activate Siri by touch or the HomePod mini hears the magic words "Hey Siri" or "Siri".

When you ask Siri something, your request is associated with a random identifier and not your Apple Account.

With support for HomeKit Secure Video, the HomePod mini can analyse the feeds of your supported video cameras. All video processing takes place directly on the device before the recordings are sent to iCloud fully encrypted. So your recordings can only be seen by you and the people you share them with – not by Apple.

The HomePod mini works together with your iPhone when you tell it, for example, to read you messages or notes. The requests are then executed on the device without any information being passed on to Apple.
