How to use

Mount the cabinet on a suitable load-bearing wall using appropriate anchors and fixings that match local building requirements and the cabinet weight with equipment installed. Install standard 19" devices using the internal mounting rails and provided rack screws; adjust rail positions if necessary to accommodate device depth. Route network and power cables through the cabinet openings or cable knockout points, secure cables with ties or cable management accessories, and replace side panels after completing installation. Check that ventilation around the cabinet is adequate for installed equipment.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, limit installed equipment to items compatible with a 4U height and the cabinet depth of 450 mm. Use structured cable management to maintain airflow and ease of maintenance. Ensure wall fixings and anchors are rated for combined cabinet and equipment weight, and allow clearance for ventilation and service access. For heat-producing equipment, consider active ventilation or installing devices with lower thermal output.
