Armadio di rete DIGITUS Unique Light serie armadio a pavimento 42U 800x1000 mm, 800 kg, IP20, grigio

Freestanding DIGITUS Unique Light series network cabinet with 42U rack capacity and external dimensions 800 × 1000 mm (WxD). Constructed from robust sheet steel with electrostatic powder coating, this 42U server rack is designed for IT rooms and network installations. The cabinet provides IP20 protection, adjustable 19" profile rails, a load capacity of up to 800 kg on the profile rails and an installation depth range of 688–943 mm. Cable entries with brushes in the roof and base, a modular openable base chassis with removable blind panels, and provision for a fan unit in the roof support organized cabling and ventilation. The cabinet is delivered assembled but can be completely dismantled if required.

Advantages

The cabinet combines high load capacity and structural stability with flexible cable management. Infinitely adjustable, galvanized 19" profile rails connected to depth struts provide stable mounting and are numbered for easy U-positioning. Removable doors and side panels, interchangeable door hinges and multiple earthing points improve accessibility and safety. Preconfigured cable inlets and a roof prepared for fan installation simplify setup and future expansion.

How to use

Place the freestanding cabinet on a stable, level floor and adjust the enclosed M10 levelling feet to ensure stability. Install equipment into the galvanized 19" profile rails, positioning units according to the numbered U markings and adjusting rail depth within the 688–943 mm range as needed. Route cables through the provided brush-equipped inlets in the roof and base or through the side entries in the base chassis; use the removable blind panels to access the base area. If required, prepare and fit a fan unit into the roof opening and attach the removable cover. Lock front and rear doors using the swivel handle with profile half-cylinder lock for controlled access.

Recommendations

For safe operation and to maintain cooling efficiency, distribute heavy equipment evenly and observe the profile rail load limit of 800 kg. Use proper earthing during installation and keep cable entries organized with brush inserts to avoid cable strain and dust ingress.
