FF01 server racks combine robust cold-rolled steel construction with a compact design that supports long-term operation and ease of access. The cabinets are supplied in a flat-pack self-assembly format for easier transport and on-site assembly, include grounding for electrical protection and provide planned ventilation openings and fan support for stable thermal conditions.

Key specifications

• Construction material: cold-rolled steel
• Available formats: multiple sizes and configurations
• Packaging: Flat Pack (self-assembly)
• Grounding: built-in grounding
• Cooling: top vent and support for built-in fans

How to use

Unpack the cabinet components from the flat-pack packaging and follow the included paper instructions or online video guides for step-by-step assembly. Place servers, switches and other devices on the mounting rails, route cabling neatly and verify airflow paths to maintain optimal cooling.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, plan equipment placement to avoid obstructing the top vent, maintain clear airflow paths, and use the built-in grounding connection. Refer to the provided video instructions for assembly details and choose the cabinet size and configuration that best match the number and dimensions of your equipment.
