Recommendations

To reduce eye fatigue, enable the Flicker-free and Low Blue Light modes for long work sessions, take regular breaks using the Rest Reminder feature, and adjust brightness to match ambient lighting. For best motion clarity in games, ensure Adaptive-Sync is active and the system outputs a high enough frame rate to benefit from the 120 Hz refresh rate.
