How to use

Install the Busch-Jaeger 6221/1.0 actuator in a suitable flush-mounted box according to local electrical codes and the system wiring diagram. Connect the 24 V DC control supply and wire the load circuits to the actuator outputs following the manufacturer's wiring practices for switching and dimming. Integrate the device into the building automation or control system using the appropriate control interfaces or switches. After wiring, verify proper operation of switching and dimming functions and perform any required commissioning steps within the control system.

Recommendations

Use the actuator indoors in protected locations consistent with its IP20 rating and ensure the control supply is a stable 24 V DC source. For reliable dimming performance, confirm compatibility of connected light sources or loads with the actuator's dimming method. Follow applicable safety standards and installation instructions when mounting and wiring the device.
