Avvolgicavo per aria compressa AS Schwabe 12612 — tubo 10 m, pressione di esercizio 12 bar

Retractable air hose reel AS Schwabe 12612 is a compact storage solution with a 10 m hose and a 12 bar maximum working pressure. Designed to keep pneumatic hose accessible and neatly stored, it reduces tangling and floor obstruction in workshops, garages and professional service areas. The reel mechanism provides controlled retraction and protects the hose from abrasion and contamination during downtime.

Advantages

The enclosed reel keeps the hose organized and reduces wear by preventing kinks and floor contact. A spring-driven retraction mechanism ensures smooth winding and adjustable stop positions for different hose lengths. The robust housing and mounting options enable secure installation on walls or ceilings, improving workspace safety and saving floor space.

How to use

Mount the reel securely to a suitable surface following local safety and installation requirements. Connect the hose inlet to the compressed air supply using appropriate fittings and ensure all connections are tightened. Pull out the hose to the required length until the locking mechanism engages; the reel allows incremental stops. After use, release the lock and allow the hose to retract under control into the housing to protect it from damage.

Recommendations

Check hose and connections regularly for wear or leaks and replace parts as needed. Do not exceed the specified maximum working pressure of 12 bar. Use compatible fittings and avoid sharp bends near the reel entrance to prolong hose life.
