BakkerElkhuizen Q-riser 110 Circular 76,2 cm supporto da scrivania grigio

The Q-riser 110 Circular monitor stand will improve your overall wellbeing at your desk and is just a small adjustment to your workspace. Bring your screen to the correct ergonomic height and place it on this monitor stand. In addition, check if your eye level is still below the top of the monitor, otherwise simply adjust the distance. You will automatically adopt a healthier posture in front of the screen, which leads to more comfort and prevents strain in your muscles.Adjust your monitor screen to the correct height, angle, and distance so that you automatically adopt an ergonomically correct posture. An optimised monitor position works a lot more comfortably and increases productivity by 10% compared with poor placement (Sommerich et al., 1998).

Distance between your eyes and the screen should be 50-80 cm (approximately an arm length), depending on monitor size and resolution. Adjust the distance of your screen (VGB DGUV Information 215-410, 2019, S. 93.).The angle of your line of vision to the middle of the screen should be approximately -35°, so also adjust the height of your screen (VGB DGUV Information 215-410, 2019, S.46.).

The Q-riser 110 Circular monitor stand can be adjusted in two different height levels. The height adjustment range is 75 mm or 105 mm. Simply loosen the four screws and set the monitor stand to the ideal level. An optimal monitor position prevents discomfort and complaints on the neck because you automatically adopt a heathier posture.Working in the ergonomic correct posture will lead to more working comfort and efficiency.
