Base di montaggio Triton 600x1000 con 1x filtro, grigio

Triton mounting base 600x1000 with 1x filter in grey provides a stable, compact platform for equipment or components with a 600 x 1000 mm footprint. The assembly integrates a replaceable filter to reduce dust and particulate ingress, while its rigid construction supports industrial and workshop environments. The neutral grey finish suits a range of installations and allows easy positioning under cabinets, racks, or standalone devices.

Advantages

The mounting base combines structural support and basic filtration in a single unit, reducing the need for separate mounts and filters. Its 600 x 1000 mm footprint offers compatibility with many standard devices and enclosures. The included filter captures dust and particles to help prolong equipment life and lower maintenance intervals. Constructed for durability, the base resists common workshop stresses and simplifies installation thanks to a straightforward design.

Suitable for

• Supporting electrical enclosures, cabinets or racks with a 600 x 1000 mm base
• Workshop or light industrial equipment requiring dust reduction
• Temporary or permanent installations where a compact, stable platform is needed
• Environments where a replaceable basic filter is sufficient to limit particulate ingress

Key specifications

• Footprint: 600 x 1000 mm
• Colour: grey
• Includes: one replaceable particulate filter

• Application: supports equipment and reduces dust ingress

How to use

Place the Triton mounting base on a level surface and position equipment so its footprint aligns with the 600 x 1000 mm platform. Secure the supported device to the base following the device manufacturer’s instructions and local safety standards. Ensure the filter is correctly seated in its holder before operation. Periodically inspect the base and filter for accumulated dust or damage and perform maintenance as required to maintain performance.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the mounting base in dry environments and replace the filter at regular intervals based on dust levels and operating conditions. Avoid overloading beyond the equipment manufacturer’s recommended footprint and weight limits. When installing in industrial settings, follow applicable grounding, ventilation, and safety procedures specific to the supported equipment.
