Bastoncini nordic walking Volven Expert Poles carbon-blu modello 0005580100003383 leggeri e durevoli

Volven Expert Poles carbon-blue are lightweight Nordic walking poles designed to assist walkers and fitness enthusiasts with improved stability and propulsion. Constructed to balance low weight with durability, these poles feature a carbon-fiber–focused design and a blue finish intended for regular outdoor use and training sessions. The shape and materials aim to reduce arm fatigue while providing consistent support on varied terrain.

Advantages

The poles combine a lightweight construction with a durable build that supports frequent use without adding unnecessary weight. Their design promotes efficient energy transfer from the upper body to forward movement, helping maintain a steady walking rhythm and improving overall walking posture. The carbon-focused construction helps reduce vibration and strain on the hands and arms.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

These poles are designed primarily for Nordic walking and general fitness use; they are not intended for technical mountaineering, heavy backpacking, or extreme off-trail use where specialized trekking poles or ice tools are required. If you need adjustable shock absorption systems or very high load-bearing poles for heavy gear, consider alternatives built specifically for those tasks.

How to use

Adjust pole length according to your height and walking style if the model provides length settings; hold the grip so your elbow forms approximately a 90-degree angle when the pole tip contacts the ground. Plant the pole diagonally behind you and push through the grip to assist forward propulsion while coordinating arm and leg movement. Maintain regular inspections of tips, straps, and shaft for wear and clean poles after muddy or salty conditions to prolong life.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

For best results, pair the poles with proper Nordic walking technique: use wrist straps to transfer force, coordinate opposite arm and leg movement, and select pole length that keeps your elbow near 90 degrees. Regularly replace worn tips and keep the poles clean and dry after exposure to moisture to maintain performance and safety.
