The Lurch stainless steel measuring jigger 240787 with a 0.2 l (200 ml) capacity is a precision dosing tool for cocktails and mixed drinks. Made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this jigger is designed to withstand regular use in home bars and professional settings. Its smooth interior and durable construction support accurate pouring and easy cleaning, while the compact shape allows stable handling when measuring spirits, syrups, juices and other liquid ingredients.

Advantages

This stainless steel jigger offers accurate volume control and consistent portioning to help reproduce cocktail recipes reliably. Its rust-resistant material ensures long service life and hygiene during repeated contact with acidic and alcoholic liquids. The one-piece metal design provides thermal and mechanical stability, making it less prone to deformation than thin-plastic alternatives. The 0.2 l capacity covers larger measures for batch preparation or generous single servings.

• Portioning syrups, juices and mixers
• Preparing multiple servings or batching drinks
• Use in home bars, catering and professional bars

• Shape: cylindrical/standard jigger silhouette for stable pouring
• Finish: smooth internal surface for easy cleaning

How to use

Place the jigger on a flat surface or hold it steady between fingers and thumb. Pour the ingredient slowly until the liquid reaches the desired volume mark or the top edge for the full 0.2 l measure. For smaller recipe quantities, use partial fills and pour carefully to the required level. After use, rinse with warm water and wash with mild detergent; dry thoroughly to maintain the stainless surface.

Recommendations

To ensure consistent results, pre-rinse the jigger with the same temperature liquid used in the recipe and level off foam before measuring. Avoid prolonged exposure to strong acids or chlorinated cleaners to preserve the stainless finish.
