How to use

Step onto the centre of the platform with bare feet or thin socks for stable contact and remain still until the LCD shows a stable value. After use, step off and the scale will automatically switch off after a short period to conserve battery life. For repeat measurements, wait until the display returns to zero before stepping on again.

Recommendations

For consistent results, weigh yourself at the same time of day under similar conditions (for example, in the morning before eating). Position the scale on a level, solid floor rather than soft surfaces such as carpet. Clean the platform with a soft, dry cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. Replace batteries when the display dims or readings become unstable.
