How to use

Place the scale on a flat, level surface and, if using on carpet, fit the included carpet feet for stability. Insert the required AAA batteries and allow the scale to initialise without being moved. To obtain a reading, step onto the platform; the hidden LED display will light and show your weight instantly. For best accuracy, stand still in the centre of the platform and wait for the measurement to stabilise.

Recommendations

For consistent measurements, use the scale on the same flat surface each time, weigh at a similar time of day, and avoid moving the scale between uses once it has initialised.
