Bilanciere olimpico Broken 120 cm, 6 kg — Rebel Olympic Barbell RBA-2205

Rebel Olympic broken barbell RBA-2205 is a 120 cm, 6 kg split Olympic-style bar designed for home gyms and compact storage. The two-piece construction lets the bar separate for easier transport and space-saving when not in use, while standard Olympic sleeve diameter accepts Olympic discs for progressive resistance training. The bar is suitable for a wide range of basic strength exercises including squats, presses, rows and accessory movements where a shorter bar offers better handling in limited spaces.

Advantages

The two-piece broken design provides convenient portability and compact storage without sacrificing compatibility with Olympic plates. At 6 kg the bar is light enough for beginners and rehabilitation use, yet sturdy for standard home resistance training. Its 120 cm length makes it easier to manoeuvre in small rooms compared with full-length Olympic bars, and the familiar sleeve fit means you can use standard Olympic discs and collars.

Key specifications

How to use

Assemble the two halves by aligning the connection ends and securing them as instructed by the manufacturer. Slide the required Olympic discs onto each sleeve and fasten collars or clamps to secure plates. Use the bar for controlled repetitions of squats, overhead presses, bent-over rows, lunges and other resistance exercises. Keep hands and fingers clear of the connection when loading or unloading plates and check that collars are tight before lifting. For safety, use appropriate flooring and spotters or supports when performing heavy or technical lifts.

Recommendations

Inspect the connection and sleeves regularly for wear; tighten any threaded or locking components before each session. Match plate sizes and distribution to maintain balance. For heavy loading or competitive Olympic lifts, choose a full-length Olympic bar designed for those movements.
