Bloccasterzo Olympia LKZ 109

The Olympia LKZ 109 Steering wheel lock is a mechanical anti-theft device designed to secure a vehicle by immobilising the steering wheel. It features an integrated combination lock and a brightly coloured finish to increase visibility and act as a visual deterrent. With a width of 50 mm, depth of 460 mm and height of 100 mm, the device is intended to fit most passenger car steering wheels and offers a straightforward, keyless method of protection.

Advantages

The built-in combination mechanism removes the need for a separate key while allowing quick access when required. The robust construction and visible red colour improve theft deterrence by making an attempted theft more difficult and more noticeable. Its dimensions are optimised to cover common steering wheel sizes, providing a secure physical barrier that restricts wheel rotation and complicates steering-based theft methods.

How to use

Place the lock over the steering wheel so that the device rests across the wheel rim and the locking section engages securely. Set and scramble the combination as required to lock the unit; consult the included combination-setting instructions if you need to change the factory code. To remove the lock, enter the correct combination and release the locking mechanism, then lift the device off the wheel. Regularly check that the locking mechanism moves freely and that the device is securely engaged before leaving the vehicle.

Recommendations

Store the combination code in a safe place separate from the vehicle. Use the steering wheel lock in addition to other security measures such as alarms or immobilisers, and avoid forcing the device when locking or unlocking to preserve mechanism integrity.
