Coltello tascabile boker Thicker Clipper D2 — coltello pieghevole con lama in acciaio per utensili D2

The boker Thicker Clipper D2 is a compact folding pocket knife equipped with a D2 tool steel blade, engineered for everyday carry and routine cutting tasks. Its folding design combines the hardness and edge retention properties of D2 steel with the convenience of a portable clipper-style knife. The knife is intended for users who need a reliable cutting tool that balances durability and compactness for daily and outdoor use.

Advantages

The D2 tool steel blade delivers elevated wear resistance and good edge retention compared with common stainless steels, reducing the frequency of sharpening during repeated use. The folding mechanism and pocket-friendly dimensions ensure safe carry and quick deployment when needed. The overall construction focuses on practical performance, offering a solid cutting geometry suitable for a range of tasks while keeping weight and size low for comfortable everyday carry.

How to use

Open the blade using the thumb or designated opening feature and ensure the lock is fully engaged before applying cutting force. Use controlled, steady motions appropriate to the material being cut and avoid lateral twisting loads that could stress the blade or locking mechanism. After use, wipe the blade clean of debris, dry it thoroughly, and fold the blade back into the handle until it locks in the closed position for safe carrying.

Recommendations

For prolonged edge life, hone the blade periodically and perform full sharpening when necessary using appropriate sharpening stones or systems for high-hardness tool steels. Keep the knife dry and lightly lubricate pivot points to maintain smooth opening and secure lock engagement. Store the knife folded when not in use.
