After completing tasks, unlock and fold the blade back into the handle until it clicks into the closed position. Regularly inspect the pivot and lock for proper function and clean the blade after exposure to moisture or corrosive materials.

Recommendations

Use the knife for light to medium everyday tasks. Avoid prying, heavy-duty chopping or using the blade as a substitute for tools designed for leverage or impact. Keep the blade clean and dry, apply light lubrication to the pivot as needed, and store the knife folded when not in use to maintain safety and longevity.
