Bollitore MOULINEX BY5S05E0 1,7 L 2400 W nero/bordeaux acciaio inox

The Moulinex BY5S05E0 electric kettle is a cordless stainless steel appliance with a 1.7 L capacity and 2400 W power. Its black and burgundy finish combines durable stainless steel with user-oriented features: a visible water level indicator, concealed heating element for easier cleaning, anti-calc filter and safety systems including boil-dry and overheat protection. The kettle sits on a 360° rotational base for convenient cordless lifting and pouring, making it suitable for home or office use where fast boiling is required.

Advantages

The stainless steel housing provides durability and a clean surface that resists stains. A 2400 W heating element delivers rapid boiling while the concealed element reduces limescale buildup on the heating surface. Built-in safety features — boil-dry protection and overheat protection with automatic power-off — reduce risk during unattended operation. The water level indicator and anti-calc filter support easy maintenance, and the cordless design with a 360° base enables simple serving from any angle.

Suitable for

• Boiling water quickly for tea, coffee and instant drinks
• Small household kitchens and office break rooms
• Preparing hot water for cooking tasks such as noodles or instant soups
• Users who prefer a cordless kettle with easy pouring and cleaning

How to use

Place the kettle securely on its 360° base, connect the base to a compatible mains outlet and switch the unit on. The 2400 W element will heat the water rapidly; the kettle will automatically switch off when the water reaches boiling or if boil-dry/overheat conditions are detected. Lift the kettle from the base to pour; the cordless design allows easy serving.

Recommendations

Descale the kettle regularly according to local water hardness and the manufacturer’s instructions to maintain heating efficiency and prolong the life of the anti-calc filter. Always ensure the kettle contains water before switching on and place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning and never immerse the base or the electrical parts in water.
