Bosch 2 607 019 497 accessori levigatura 25 pezzi foglio abrasivo

The Bosch 2 607 019 497 sanding sheet pack contains 25 sheets, each 125 mm wide, designed for use with compatible Bosch sanding tools and other machines that accept this sheet format. These abrasive sheets are intended to provide consistent material removal and a uniform surface finish on wood, paint, primer and similar substrates. The pack supports both professional and DIY sanding tasks where a reliable, replaceable abrasive is required.

Advantages

These sanding sheets deliver consistent abrasive performance across multiple sheets, with a balance between cutting speed and surface refinement appropriate for intermediate finishing stages. The standardized 125 mm width makes them easy to fit on many sheet sanders and keeps changeover quick. The pack format of 25 pieces ensures sufficient supply for extended projects without frequent repurchasing.

Suitable for

• Smoothing and leveling wooden surfaces
• Removing old paint or primer
• Surface preparation before painting or varnishing
• Intermediate sanding between finishing coats
• General-purpose sanding in DIY and professional workshops

Key specifications

• Quantity per pack: 25 sheets
• Sheet width: 125 mm
• Intended materials: wood, paint, primer and similar substrates
• Compatible with: standard 125 mm sheet sanders and tools accepting this sheet size
• Format: replaceable abrasive sheets for manual or machine sanding

How to use

Select the appropriate grit grade for the task (coarser grits for material removal, finer grits for finishing). Fit the 125 mm sanding sheet securely to the sander according to the sander manufacturer's instructions, ensuring proper alignment and attachment. Operate the sander with steady pressure and even strokes, allowing the abrasive to do the work and avoiding excessive force that can damage the substrate or wear the sheet prematurely. Replace sheets when abrasive performance decreases or when the sheet becomes clogged with debris.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask when sanding. For prolonged sanding tasks, consider using dust extraction or a sander with an integrated dust collection system to reduce airborne dust and prolong abrasive life.
