How to use

Select an angle grinder with the correct flange and guard for cutting discs and ensure the disc diameter and bore match the machine. Mount the disc securely following the grinder manufacturer’s instructions. Use appropriate personal protective equipment — eye protection, gloves, hearing protection and, if necessary, respiratory protection. Hold the grinder firmly, position the disc at the workpiece with steady pressure, and make continuous, controlled passes. Allow the disc to complete its rotation before withdrawal and avoid side-loading the disc to prevent damage.

Recommendations

Inspect each disc before use for cracks or damage. Use discs at the recommended speed range of your angle grinder and replace worn or clogged discs to maintain cutting efficiency and safety.
