Featuring a flat centre design, this disc is intended to be mounted on compatible angle grinders or cleaning tools to remove rust, scale, paint residues and light surface contaminants from metal parts. The product is supplied individually and is targeted at tradespeople and DIY users who need a compact, tool-mounted solution for metal cleaning tasks.

How to use

Fit the cleaning disc to a compatible grinder or rotary cleaning tool according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the disc is mounted securely and the power is disconnected during installation. Operate the tool at recommended speeds for cleaning discs, apply light to moderate pressure, and move the disc steadily across the metal surface to remove contaminants without gouging the base material. Replace the disc when wear reduces effectiveness or causes uneven contact.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, gloves and respiratory protection when working with metal cleaning discs. Verify tool compatibility and follow manufacturer guidance for safe operating speed and mounting procedures to avoid imbalance or damage.
