How to use

Ensure the saw is disconnected from the power source before fitting the blade. Mount the blade onto the saw arbor, aligning the bore with the arbor and securing the blade according to the saw manufacturer's instructions. Verify correct rotation direction and blade seating, then perform a test cut on scrap material to confirm alignment and cut quality. During cutting, use appropriate feed rates and allow the blade to reach full speed before engaging the material.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment, including eye protection, hearing protection and gloves. Match the blade speed and feed rate to the wood type to avoid overheating or premature wear. Keep the blade clean from pitch and resin buildup and replace the blade when signs of dulling or chipping appear to maintain cut quality and operator safety.
