Bosch D-tect 120 wallscanner Professional multidetector digitale 500 g

The Bosch D-tect 120 wallscanner Professional is a digital multi-detector for precise detection of objects behind walls. Designed for professionals in construction and renovation, it identifies different materials including wood, metal and live wires and helps avoid drilling into hidden pipes or cables. The unit is compact and lightweight at 500 g and supports both 12 V Li-ion and standard alkaline batteries for flexible use.

Recommendations

For best results, conduct an initial calibration or reference scan on a known-clear area and proceed with slow, overlapping passes. Interpret results conservatively near electrical installations and plumbing; always verify with a secondary method before drilling when uncertainty remains.
